- Device Information: We do NOT collect device identifiers, Android IDs, or advertising IDs.
- Usage Data: We do NOT track your usage patterns or behavior within the app.
- Network Information: Your local IP address is used only for local network sharing functionality.

⚠️ Important: All file sharing and messaging functionality operates entirely on your local WiFi network. No data is transmitted to external servers by FileShare Pro itself.
3. Data Storage & Security
3.1 Local Storage
- All uploaded files are stored in the app's private directory on your device
- Messages are stored only in RAM (memory) and are lost when the server stops
- User session cookies are stored locally in the browser
- No data is uploaded to cloud servers by FileShare Pro
3.2 Data Retention
- Files: Stored until manually deleted by the user or app uninstallation
- Messages: Cleared when the server stops or when the admin clears them
- Temporary uploads: Chunk data is automatically cleaned up after 24 hours
- Session data: Cookies expire after 365 days
3.3 Security Measures
- Files are only accessible within your local network
- User permissions system prevents unauthorized file deletion
- Admin privileges are limited to the server device
- No external internet access required for core functionality
4. Third-Party Services
4.1 Google AdMob
FileShare Pro uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect certain information as described in Google's Privacy Policy. AdMob operates independently from our app's file-sharing functionality.
Data collected by AdMob:
- Device information (device type, OS version)
- Advertising ID (for personalized ads)
- IP address
- App usage data related to ad interactions

4.2 QR Code Library
We use a QR code generation library (qrcodejs) loaded from CDN. No data is sent to external servers through this library.
4.3 Cloudflare Tunnel (Optional)
Users can optionally enable Cloudflare Tunnel for remote access. When enabled, traffic is routed through Cloudflare's servers. Cloudflare's privacy policy applies to this traffic.

6. Your Rights
Since FileShare Pro stores all data locally on your device, you have full control over your data:
- Access: All your files are accessible in the app's storage directory
- Delete: You can delete any file through the app interface
- Control: You can stop the server at any time, which clears all messages
- Uninstall: Uninstalling the app removes all stored files and data
- Opt-out: You can disable ads by using an ad-free version (if available)
7. Children's Privacy
FileShare Pro is not specifically directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
